# Why am I Getting Emails From you When I Didn't Create an Account?

When you opt for the Free Scan Only option, a new account is automatically created using your email address.

### How to Delete Your Free Scan-Only Account

1. **Sign in** to the platform using the email address that received the messages.
2. Go to **Account Settings** in the left navigation bar.
3. Click the **Account Security** tab.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click the red **“Delete Account”** button.

| This will permanently remove your Free Scan Only account.
