Are Family Members Covered in my Essentials, Pro, or Signature License?

Privacy Bee licenses are individual, meaning each person must have their own active license to achieve the same protection you have.


When you add a family member on the Family Protection page, their information is saved as a contact. They will need to log in on our website using the email listed on the Family Protection page and complete their profile. This automatically creates a Free Scan Only Account for them.


To begin data removal for that family member, an Essentials, Pro, or Signature License must be purchased. Your paid license does not automatically cover them.


Even without a purchased license, family members can still benefit from Privacy Bee’s scanning process, discover exposures, and use our Deletion Guides to remove data themselves.
