How to Add Alternate Names (AKA) to Your Profile

Overview

If you have a maiden name, use a nickname, or have legally changed your name, you can add those names to your profile. Including alternate names helps Privacy Bee find more exposures that may be tied to you under different names.

Why Add Alternate Names?

Boost your scan results.

Data brokers and People Search Sites often list people under nicknames, maiden names, or older legal names. Adding these increases the chances of finding and removing those exposures.

How to Add an AKA Name

Open your Identity Vault
Tap the "Name (AKA)" box
Enter your alternate name
Tap the bright blue "Add Alternate Name" button

Once added, Privacy Bee will run a fresh scan using your updated details to improve your results.
