Can I Cancel Auto-Renewal?

Steps to Cancel Auto-Renewal:
Log In to Your Account: Head over to https://app.privacybee.com and sign in to your account.
Access License Management: From your Profile page, click on the "License Management" option found on the left-hand side of the navigation menu.
Locate Auto-Renewal Settings: In the License Management section, you'll see the details of all your active subscriptions. Look for the auto-renewal toggle or option associated with your plan. If you do not see this option, starting the cancellation process will prompt you to disable auto-renew instead of fully cancelling.
You will receive a confirmation message, and your auto-renewal will be successfully disabled.
What Happens Next?
Once you turn off auto-renewal, you will still have full access to all the Pro Account features until your current billing cycle ends.
We'll send you an email reminder before your term expires so you have the option to renew manually if you choose to continue using our services.
If you decide to reactivate auto-renewal at any time before your subscription ends, return to the Manage Account, select the License Management page, and re-enable it.
