Can I Cancel Auto-Renewal?

We're here to help if you're looking to cancel the auto-renewal of your Essentials, Pro, or Signature Services Licenses. We completely understand that sometimes you may want more control over your subscription charges, whether it's to manually manage your renewals or explore other options. Rest assured, your access to all the features will continue until the end of your current term, and we'll send you a reminder before your subscription expires so you can decide if you'd like to renew manually.


Steps to Cancel Auto-Renewal:


  1. Log In to Your Account: Head over to https://app.privacybee.com and sign in to your account.
  2. Access Account Settings: From the left navigation bar on the screen's left, tap Account Settings, and click on the "Billing" tab found at the top of the navigation menu.
  3. Locate Auto-Renewal Settings: On the "Billing" tab, you'll see the details of all your active subscriptions. Look for the auto-renewal by tapping the "more options" button (series of small vertical dots) and clicking "Disable Auto-Renewal".
  4. You will receive a confirmation message, and your auto-renewal will be successfully disabled.


What Happens Next?


  • Once you turn off auto-renewal, you will still have full access to all the Essentials and Pro Account features until your current billing cycle ends.
  • We'll send you an email reminder before your term expires, giving you the option to renew manually if you choose to continue using our services.
  • If you decide to reactivate auto-renewal at any time before your subscription ends, return to Account Settings, select the Billing tab, and re-enable it.
