Can I Cancel My Essentials or Pro License?
If you no longer want your Essentials or Pro License to renew, you can cancel at any time from your account settings. If you are still within the 30-day money-back guarantee, you can self-refund.
Option 1: Disable Auto-Renewal (Cancel Future Renewal)
If the 30-day timeframe has passed, you can cancel by disabling auto-renewal.
To disable auto-renewal:
- Go to Account Settings (left navigation bar)
- Select the Billing tab
- Locate your active Essentials or Pro License
- Open the kebab menu (three vertical dots)
- Select Disable Auto-Renewal
Option 2: Refund Your License (Within 30 Days)
If you are within the 30-day money-back guarantee, you can self-refund directly from the Billing tab.
To self-refund:
- Go to Account Settings (left navigation bar)
- Select the Billing tab
- Locate your active Essentials or Pro License
- Open the kebab menu (three vertical dots)
- Select Refund License
What Happens After You Cancel or Refund
Here is what to expect depending on which option you choose:
- If you disable auto-renewal, your License remains active, and you keep the benefits until the expiration date
- If you refund the License, your License expires, and benefits end as part of the refund process
