Can I Upgrade my License any Time?
Absolutely! You can upgrade your Privacy Bee license at any time. The process is simple and can be completed directly from your Account Settings page.
How to Upgrade Your License:
Follow the steps below while logged in to your account:
- Open Account Settings from the left-hand navigation menu
- Select the Billing tab
- Click the kebab menu (three vertical dots) next to your name on the right side
- Select Change License
- Choose the License type and term you want to upgrade to
- Check the confirmation box
- Click the blue Purchase button to complete your upgrade
What Happens After You Upgrade:
After your upgrade is complete, your new License level will be applied to your account, and your Dashboard will update to reflect your upgraded access.
Here's what you can expect next:
- Your new License level will be applied to your account
- Your Dashboard will update to reflect your upgraded access
- If additional removal features are included in your new License, those benefits will become available going forward
Downgrading Your License:
You can downgrade an Essentials or Pro License in the following situations:
- Within the 30-day money-back guarantee, using the self-refund options
- After an Essentials or Pro License has expired
