How Do I Add A Family Member?

Adding a family member as a contact is simple!

When you open the Family page, you are greeted by the page seen in the screenshot below:

All you need to do is enter their first and last name and email address on the pop-up form. You will see a page like the one in the screenshot below:

Add Contact Information

| | Click the "Add Contact" button to add a family member. Once you have returned to the "Family" page, the newly added family member should appear in the menu! You have successfully added them to your Family, but they must log in and complete their account information. They can add working phone numbers, active email addresses, or previous addresses to their profile on our website.

Upon adding a family member, they will not automatically have an Essentials, Pro, or Signature Services License, and one must be purchased to gain the Essentials, Pro, or Signature Services License benefits. Please look at our pricing page to learn more about the multi-person and multi-year discounts.
