How Do I Add A Family Member's Contact Information?

Adding a family member as a contact is simple!


When you open the Trust and Family page (located on the left navigation bar), you are greeted by the page seen in the screenshot below:

All you need to do is enter their first and last name, email address, and phone number (optional) on the pop-up form. Next, tap the blue "Add Contact" button to complete the process. You will see a page like the one in the screenshot below:

The completed contact information will look like the screenshot below:

Please have your family member log in to their account on our website to complete their profile details. Once they've filled out their profile information, our scans will begin looking for their online exposures. If a "Gifted License" has been purchased for your family member, the data removal process will start once the scans are completed.

Upon adding a family member, they will not automatically have an Essentials, Pro, or Signature Services License; one must be purchased to gain the corresponding benefits. Tap the blue "Gift License" button, and follow the flow to buy a license for your family member. Please look at our pricing page to learn more about the multi-person and multi-year discounts.
