How do I get a Refund?

We’re always interested in learning how we can improve. If there’s a feature you were hoping for, we’d love to hear your feedback.


However, if you’ve decided to move forward with a refund, you can do so directly from your account by following the steps below.


How to Request a Refund


  1. Go to Account Settings in the left navigation bar.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Click the kebab menu (three vertical dots) on the right side of the license.
  4. Select Refund License (the button will turn red).


A pop-up window will open to begin the refund request.


Complete the Refund Steps


Step 1: Select your reason for cancellation.

Step 2: Check the “I Understand” boxes, then click Continue.

Step 3: Select “No Thanks”, then click Continue.

Step 4: Choose “Full Refund” under the 30-day money-back guarantee and click the red Submit Refund Request button.


Once completed, you’ll see a confirmation in the pop-up box that your "Refund Processed Successfully".
