How Do I Get A Refund?

Please go to the Manage Account page on the left nav bar, click License Management, and then click the blue "$$$" amount button. You'll see the red "Cancel And Refund Your Subscription" button. Next, please follow steps one through four to complete the refund and cancellation process.

Step 1: Select the reason for cancelation and please add a 21 character response.

Step 2: Tick the "I Understand" boxes. Then tap the Continue button.

Step 3: Please select "No Thanks". Click the Continue button.

Step 4: Select the third option for the 30-day money-back guarantee, which includes a full refund and account cancellation, and click the Confirm button.
