How do I get a Refund?
We’re always interested in learning how we can improve. If there’s a feature you were hoping for, we’d love to hear your feedback.
However, if you’ve decided to move forward with a refund, you can do so directly from your account by following the steps below.
How to Request a Refund
- Go to Account Settings in the left navigation bar.
- Select the Billing tab.
- Click the kebab menu (three vertical dots) on the right side of the license.
- Select Refund License (the button will turn red).
Complete the Refund Steps
Step 1: Select your reason for cancellation.
Step 2: Check the “I Understand” boxes, then click Continue.
Step 3: Select “No Thanks”, then click Continue.
Step 4: Choose “Full Refund” under the 30-day money-back guarantee and click the red Submit Refund Request button.
