How do I get a Refund?

We would love to know if there is a feature you're looking for that Privacy Bee needs to have. How could we better live up to your expectations?


However, if you've decided to leave, follow the instructions below.


Please go to the Account Settings page on the left navigation bar, click the "Billing" tab, and then tap the kebab menu (three vertical dots). You'll see the "Refund License" button (it will turn red when selected). A pop-up box will open to initiate your refund request. Next, please follow steps one through four to complete the refund and cancellation process.


Step 1: Select the reason for cancellation, and please add a 21-character response.


Step 2: Tick the "I Understand" boxes. Then tap the Continue button.


Step 3: Please select "No Thanks". Click the Continue button.


Step 4: Select the "Full Refund" button for the 30-day money-back guarantee, and click the red "Submit Refund Request" button to complete the refund process.


Finally, you will receive confirmation in the pop-up box that your "Refund Processed Successfully".
