How do I Manage my Limited Power of Attorney?

Our Limited Power of Attorney (LPoA) is extremely limited in scope: it only allows us to act as your representative for communication and make privacy-related requests for you (such as requesting data deletions or opt-outs). Although it's not required, we recommend signing the LPoA so we can act on your behalf to perform the deletion requests.


Our LPoA is available on your Account Settings page under the tab "Limited Power of Attorney," and the display will open so that you can sign it at the bottom exactly as your name appears on the form. Please read the form to understand what signing means for you. It is essential.


Here are a few significant points to keep in mind:


  1. You can ALWAYS revoke your Limited Power of Attorney. After signing, you will find a red "Revoke Signature" button on the screen's right side; click it to cancel the Limited Power of Attorney. You can re-sign it at any point as well.
  2. You will always have access to a copy of the LPoA on the Account Settings page.
  3. You can download the PDF version of the LPoA at any time by clicking the "Download PDF" button.
