How Do I Manage My Limited Power of Attorney?

Our Limited Power of Attorney (LPoA) is extremely limited in scope: it only allows us to act as your representative for communication and make privacy-related requests for you (such as requesting data deletions or opt-outs). Although it’s not required, we recommend you sign the LPOA so that we can act on your behalf to perform the deletion requests.

Our LPOA is available on your [Manage Account]() page near the bottom, and the display will have a PDF that you can sign at the bottom. Please read the form to understand what signing means for you. It is essential.

Here are a few significant points to keep in mind:

You can ALWAYS revoke your limited Power of Attorney. A large button at the bottom of the document after you have signed will say “Retract Power of Attorney,” so all you have to do is click that button to revoke it. You can re-sign it at any point as well.
You will always have access to a copy of the LPOA at the bottom of the account page to read.
You can download the PDF version of the LPOA at any time.
