How do I Update my Identity Vault?

Changing your name, physical address, email address, phone number, or birthday is easy. It's vital to have an accurate DOB in your profile. Only change the DOB if it was entered incorrectly.

To update your personal information, including name, physical address, phone numbers, and email addresses, please visit the Identity Vault located on the left navigation bar. Click on any corresponding boxes under the "Add a Record" section to update and change your personal information. You can also add alternate names to boost our scan's ability to pinpoint more of your online exposures.

Type in the new, updated, or more accurate information into the corresponding boxes, and click the blue buttons (it'll turn blue as you update your information). Active email addresses and working phone numbers are sent a verification code to verify identity. Retrieve and enter the codes, then tap the blue button to add them to your profile details. That's it! Super quick, super easy, and nothing convoluted!
