How Do I Use The Deletion Guides?

Even without a Privacy Bee Essentials, Pro, or Signature Services License, you can still take action on many sites. Privacy Bee provides manual removal options for most sites we scan, so you can take your privacy into your own hands at any time.

Deletion Guides are available for all the Data Brokers and People Search Sites in our database, even with a Free Account, and they include step-by-step instructions to make manual removals as easy as possible.

Step 2: Search for the Company

To locate a specific site:

To help us take action efficiently, always include the direct link (URL) to the page or website where your information appears whenever possible.

Follow the Opt-Out Steps:

Need Help While You're Removing Your Information?

If you have questions while working through the Deletion Guide, you can message Orwell (located in the lower-right corner of your account). Orwell can help connect you to the Customer Support Team.

If you contact support, sharing the company name and the specific step you're on helps us assist you faster.

After You Submit a Removal Request:

Once you complete the opt-out steps, the site may require a processing period before the removal is fully reflected online.

Waiting periods vary by company, and some sites may take longer than others to update their records.
