What are the Stats on my Dashboard Showing Me?

Your Dashboard will give you a clear snapshot of your account, and this article will help you understand what it's showing you.

Dashboard:

Your Dashboard provides metrics for potential exposures, along with key statistics to help you understand them at a glance.

From the "Scans Performed" to the "PII Removed," every stat is essential to understanding how we have kept you safe since you opened your account. We are constantly scanning for more exposures to keep your information private.

The "Scans Performed" will show the total number of scans Privacy Bee has performed for the lifetime of your License.

The "Exposures Found" is, as it sounds, the number of exposures found. This tool calculates the total number of times your personal information has been exposed. It will also include the sites from which we successfully deleted your data, but it has reappeared.

"Takedowns Sent" (also known as "Requests Sent") refers to the total number of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and requests to delete your information from company databases. This number will not equal the "PII Removed" metric because not every site holds the same amount of PII (Personally Identifiable Information). Regardless, we will keep track of all requests we make as we work through all your exposures.

Finally, "PII Removed" refers to the total pieces of your PII we have removed over the lifetime of your Pro Account. PII can include sensitive details such as your addresses, phone numbers, family members, and more associated with your name. We take this matter seriously and are constantly working to increase the amount of PII we remove to ensure your privacy and security.

Privacy Analysis:

This section of your Dashboard shows your Privacy Risk Score, All Time Exposures Closed, Removal Requests in Progress, and your Digital Footprint Graph.

"All Time Exposures Closed" refers to the exposures that Privacy Bee has closed throughout the lifetime of your License.

"Removals in Progress" shows the number of deletion requests our privacy team has sent.

"Digital Footprint Graph" indicates the areas where your data is most exposed (People Search, Data Broker, Marketing, Search Engines, Other, and Dark Web).

Recent Exposures & Learn:

This section will show the exposures our privacy professionals are currently working on or have submitted a deletion request to. We've also linked some articles from our Blog for you to read in the Learn section.
