What Do the Sections on My Dashboard Mean?

Your Dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your privacy health and the work being done to reduce your online exposure. Each section plays a specific role, and together they tell the story of how your personal data is being monitored, found, and removed.

Privacy Risk Score

This section represents your current privacy health and how exposed your personal information is.

You can learn more about your Privacy Risk Score by checking out What is a Privacy Risk Score? and When will my Privacy Risk Score Improve/Change?

Your Digital Footprint

The Digital Footprint section visualizes our activity over time.

  • Scans Performed - The total number of scans Privacy Bee has completed over the lifetime of your license.
  • Exposures Found - The total number of times your personal information has been exposed. This includes sites from which data was successfully deleted but later reappeared. This only displays exposures for the selected time frame (6 months by default), so the results may differ from those shown on Exposures Detected on the Data Brokers page.
  • Removals Requested - The total number of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and requests to delete your information from company databases.
  • Removals Completed - The total of exposures we have removed over the lifetime of your Licensed Account. This will only display exposures for the selected time frame (6 months by default), so this will also not be the same as the Exposures Removed on the Data Brokers page.

You can adjust the time range (such as the last 6 months) to see longer-term trends.

All-Time Removal Activity

This section provides a summary of all removal activity since you started using the service.

Removals Requested - The total number of requests, including both Completed and In Progress.

  • Completed - The number of removal requests that have been successfully processed to date.
  • In Progress - The number of requests currently being processed.
  • Re-Exposures - The number of websites that have republished your information after it was previously removed.

If your information resurfaces, our system will immediately re-detect it and restart the removal process automatically.

Recent Exposures

This shows a list of your most recently discovered exposures. Each entry shows where your data was found, when it was discovered, what was discovered, and the status of the exposure.

Clicking “View All Exposures” will show more detailed information.
