What Is Privacy Bee's Refund Policy?

We want you to feel confident in your Privacy Bee subscription! Here's how our refund policy works, depending on the type of service you choose:

Essentials and Pro Licenses



Essentials and Pro Licenses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're unsatisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, by going to the License Management page and using the red "Refund And Cancel Subscription" button, we'll issue a full refund—no questions asked.

Signature Services



Signature Services Licenses are annual subscriptions and are nonrefundable. These premium services involve significant upfront resources and personalized support, which is why they fall outside our standard refund policy.
