What is the Controls & Preferences Tab?

The Controls & Preferences tab lets you control how aggressively Privacy Bee removes your personal data. It's designed so you can choose the removal strategy that best suits your comfort level and privacy goals. The People Search Sites and People Search Affiliates are toggled on by Privacy Bee. We recommend reviewing your settings to ensure they reflect the level of privacy protection you're comfortable with.

How to Access the Controls & Preferences Tab:

Go to your Account Settings page on the left navigation bar.
Select the Controls & Preferences tab.
Enable data deletion requests for the Data Broker subtypes you'd like Privacy Bee to handle.
Review the other optional features on the Controls & Preferences tab.

Monitoring & Alerts Section:

We recommend leaving these sensors on, as they will help with our remediation efforts and help calculate your Privacy Risk Score. However, you have the option to toggle them off.

The actions in this section are optional. Please review them carefully, especially the Apple and Google Blur My House options, which are permanent and cannot be undone.
