Why am I Getting Emails From you When I Didn't Create an Account?

When you opt for the Free Scan Only option, a new account is automatically created using your email address.

How to Delete Your Free Scan-Only Account

1. Sign in to the platform using the email address that received the messages.
2. Go to Account Settings in the left navigation bar.
3. Click the Account Security tab.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click the red “Delete Account” button.
