Please log in to your Free Account.
Click on Manage Account.
Tap Account Security.
Click the red “Remove Account” button.
Click the “Confirm” button to delete your Free Account.

When you opt for the Free Scan Only option, a new account is automatically created using your email address.
To delete your account, you must sign in to the platform first.
After signing in, click the Manage License page located on the left nav bar of the dashboard, then visit the Account Security page. From there, you can easily find the option to delete your Free Scan Only Account if you want to end your relationship with Privacy Bee.
