# How to Manage Multiple Payment Methods and Purchase or Upgrade Licenses

## **Overview:**

You can add multiple payment methods to your Privacy Bee Licenses and upgrade or purchase licenses for yourself and your family members. This article walks you through how to do both.

## **How to Add and Manage Multiple Payment Methods**

- From the left navigation bar, select **Account Settings**
- Click the **Billing** tab. (Also found in the drop-down menu under your name in the top-right corner of the screen - **Account Billing**.)
- Select **Manage Payment Methods**
- Tap **+Add payment method**
- Complete all required fields to add credit card information
- Tap **Add Card** to complete the process

![](https://cdn.privacybee.com/help-center/images/c18618f17f2b85e28be5a79d75cbc2eda6da0f25a5aae53a5f2368c3755e9128.png)Once additional payment methods have been added, you can manage the cards you've added and **"Set as Primary"**, **"Edit"**, and **"Delete"** them by clicking the kebab menu (three vertical dots) next to each payment method.

>  Important: Your primary card is charged first; backups are automatically tried if it fails.

## **How to Purchase or Upgrade Licenses for Yourself or Family Members**

You can also purchase and upgrade licenses from the **Billing** tab by clicking the **"Purchase Licenses"** button and following the prompts.

**OR**

Click the kebab menu beside your or your family member's name and tap the **"Modify License"** button to begin the upgrade.

- After selecting the license tier you're interested in, our secure payment page will appear.
- Tick the box to accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. (The button will turn blue once the box is ticked.)
- Click the "**Purchase & Begin Protection"** or **"Confirm and Modify License"** button to complete the purchase.

> Once a license is upgraded, the subscription renewal date will be set to the date of the upgrade. Signature Services Licenses are non-refundable. If you have questions, Orwell and our support team can help.
