We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your Essentials or Pro License with us. We value your business and are committed to helping you get the most out of our platform. Your honest feedback is much appreciated for our continued growth. Please let us know why you want to cancel and refund (within 30 days) so we can continue to improve the platform.
However, if you've decided to leave, it's easy to cancel. Please go to your Account Settings page on the left navigation bar and select the "Billing" tab. From there, you can cancel any of your active licenses.
