How do I add an Email Address, Physical Address, and Phone Number?

Thankfully, we make it easy for our users to add more email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses! Here's how:

Navigate to the Identity Vault from the left navigation bar.
Under the Add a Record section, select the type of information to add: Email, Name (AKA), Address, or Phone Number.

You can add multiple active emails, working phone numbers, or previous addresses by repeating this process.

Click the box to expand it and fill in the fields. For addresses, scroll to select your Country and State/Region.

Add Physical Address

Once you've entered the information in the fields, tap the blue box to save the information (the box will turn bright blue).

For email and phone number verification, a one-time code will be sent to your inbox. Retrieve and enter it in the field provided.
