How Do I Add An Email Address, Physical Address, and Phone Number?

Thankfully, we make adding additional emails, phone numbers, and addresses easy for our users!

If you want to add additional information, like another email, a phone number (or two or three), or a previous address, navigate to the Identity Vault on the left navigation bar. Next, tap the boxes under "Add a Record" for each item you want to add to your profile (Email, Name (AKA), Address, and Phone).

Each box will expand when it's clicked on. Fill out the fields provided. For the "State/Region" in the "Address" box, please scroll down the section to select the State or Region you live in. Once you've entered the information in the fields, tap the blue box to save the information (the box will turn bright blue).

You will receive a one-time code for the email addresses and phone numbers. Retrieve and enter the code in the fields provided. Next, tap the bright blue box to save and update the email addresses and phone numbers.
