How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

Overview:

If you'd like more control over your subscription renewals you can turn off auto-renewal at any time. This article walks you through how to do it and what to expect afterward.

How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

  • Log in to your Privacy Bee account
  • From your left navigation bar select Account Settings
  • Click the Billing tab
  • Locate your active subscription and click the More Options button — shown as three small vertical dots
  • Select Disable Auto-Renewal
  • You will receive a confirmation message once auto-renewal has been successfully disabled

What Happens After You Cancel Auto-Renewal

  • You will retain full access to all features of your current license until your billing cycle ends
  • Privacy Bee will send you an email reminder before your term expires so you can decide whether to renew manually
  • If you change your mind you can re-enable auto-renewal at any time before your current subscription ends by returning to the Billing tab in Account Settings and selecting Enable Auto-Renewal

Cancelling auto-renewal does not cancel your license immediately. Your protection continues until the end of your current billing period. If you want to cancel your license entirely please see the Refunds & Account Closure section for your options.
