How to Cancel Your License
Overview:
If you decide Privacy Bee isn't right for you, you have options depending on how long you've had your license. This article explains what's available and how to take action.
Your Options:
Within the first 30 days - Request a Refund - If you are within the 30-day money-back guarantee period you can self-refund your Essentials or Pro license directly from your account. Your license will expire immediately upon refund and your paid benefits will end.
After 30 days - Disable Auto-Renewal - If the 30-day guarantee period has passed you can prevent your license from renewing by disabling auto-renewal. Your license will remain active and you will keep all benefits until your current billing period ends.
How to Self-Refund Within 30 Days
- From your left navigation bar select Account Settings
- Click the Billing tab
- Click the three dot menu next to your license
- Select Refund License
- Follow the steps in the pop-up to complete your refund request
Once completed you will see a confirmation that your refund has been processed successfully.
How to Disable Auto-Renewal After 30 Days
- From your left navigation bar select Account Settings
- Click the Billing tab
- Click the three dot menu next to your active license
- Select Disable Auto-Renewal
Your license will remain active until the expiration date and will not renew automatically.
