Scan Frequency by License
- Free Scan Only Account - One scan at account creation. No ongoing monitoring is included.
- Essentials License - Scans run once every 30 days starting from the date your account was created.
- Pro License - Scans run once every 30 days, starting from the date your account was created.
- Signature Services License - Scans run every 7 days starting from the date your account was created.
Why Does Scan Frequency Matter?
More frequent scans mean Privacy Bee can detect new exposures and re-exposures faster - and take action sooner. If your information reappears on a data broker site after being removed, Privacy Bee will detect it during the next scheduled scan and automatically begin the removal process again.
Can I Trigger a Scan Manually?
If you need a specific removal prioritized before your next scheduled scan, you can message Orwell directly with the company name and URL. Our support team will help prioritize the request on your behalf.
